Living in London

It is official – I am going to be residing in London for the next four months.  I have undeniably been in denial.  My decision to study abroad in London was made on a whim, and I am just now beginning to realize that I am stuck in Europe until May – not that being stuck is a bad thing. :)  I’ll be back with an update and some vegetarian rhetoric soon.  Cheers!

    Yes! I’m loving London so far – many more veg. friendly options than Spain. Can’t wait to chat next week. :)
